How to use: Hang from a tree branch, pergola, or shepherd's hook in a sheltered spot. Birds will visit repeatedly, pulling soft tufts of fiber to weave into their nests. Chickadees, wrens, robins, and finches are particularly fond of alpaca fiber.

We want you to love your alpaca products! Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unaltered items. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Natural alpaca fiber may have slight variations in color and texture — this is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.

Shipping Policy
We ship handcrafted alpaca products to all 50 U.S. states from our family farm in Henrico, Virginia. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
