Welcome to 4 Mo’opunas Alpaca Farm (“the Farm,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website at 4moopunasalpacafarm.com (the “Site”) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Site or placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

2. Products and Descriptions

4 Mo’opunas Alpaca Farm offers handcrafted alpaca fiber products made from fleece raised on our family farm in Henrico, Virginia. We take great care to accurately describe all products, but please be aware:

  • Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings and natural fiber variation.

  • Natural alpaca fiber products are handmade and may have slight variations; this is a hallmark of handcrafted goods, not a defect.

  • Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Payment is accepted via the methods listed at checkout (such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other available options). By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Applicable sales tax will be applied to orders as required by law.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Pam@4moopunasAlpacaFarm.com or (518) 764-0934. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been packaged and shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States. Estimated processing and delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events beyond our control.


Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can work with you toward a resolution.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your alpaca products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Pam@4moopunasAlpacaFarm.com. We will do our best to make it right.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt of the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of 4 Mo’opunas Alpaca Farm and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our express written permission.
